Welcome to Many Digits! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WiseExo platform (the “Service”), provided by Many Digits (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Security Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
We are committed to operating in compliance with applicable consumer protection, e-commerce, and payment processing regulations.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Have the legal authority and capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions.
If registering on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend access to anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to access the Service and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during signup.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Service.
4. Subscription and Payment
Plans & Billing: The Service is provided on a subscription basis (Starter, Growth, Advance, Elite, or Enterprise). You agree to pay all applicable fees as listed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Merchant of Record / Payment Partner:
- All payments are securely processed through an authorized payment partner who acts as the Merchant of Record.
- The payment partner manages billing, invoicing, applicable taxes, and ensures compliance with local regulations.
- By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the payment partner’s rules regarding refunds, chargebacks, and prohibited transactions.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
Taxes: Applicable VAT, GST, or sales taxes are calculated and collected by our authorized Merchants of Record in accordance with local regulations at checkout based on your billing location and applicable laws.
Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we may suspend or restrict access until payment is successfully completed.
Compliance with Payment Provider Policies: By purchasing the Service, you also agree to comply with any applicable terms of our authorized payment processors, including rules on refunds, chargebacks, and prohibited transactions.
5. Refund Policy
Free Trial: Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial, allowing you to evaluate the Service without financial commitment. No credit card is required for the trial.
Eligibility: Because the Service is a non-tangible, digital product, refunds are generally not offered once a payment has been processed. Refunds may be issued only if:
- Persistent, unresolved technical issues prevent you from using the Service.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges occur.
- For users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your digital subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason. By starting or using the Service immediately during this period, you may voluntarily waive this right to cancellation, acknowledging that you agree to immediate access to the Service and understand that the 14-day cancellation period will no longer apply.
- Where applicable, refunds may also be subject to the refund policies of our authorized payment providers or Merchants of Record. In the event of conflict, their refund rules prevail.
If the Service fails to perform as described or has persistent technical defects, you may request a remedy, replacement, or cancellation within the statutory period under local law.
Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or unused time on a subscription.
- Exceeding plan limits (e.g., number of conversations).
- Termination due to violation of these Terms.
- Partial periods of monthly or annual plans.
Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the charge or as required by law or payment partner policy. Include:
- Account name and registered email.
- Date and amount of the charge.
- Reason for the request.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. In case of conflict, the payment partner’s refund rules prevail. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 30–45 business days.
Chargebacks: Contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and result in account suspension.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger refunds for unused time. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:
- Using the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful files.
- Circumventing system limits, security controls, or payment obligations.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (including content, software, and features) remain the exclusive property of Many Digits and its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with your subscription.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
8. Third-Party Services & Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, messaging apps, analytics tools).
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Termination
By You: You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive use.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
Post-Termination: Your access to the Service will end. Data may be deleted per our retention policy.
10. Service Availability & Changes
We aim to provide reliable, high-availability services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
Major changes will be communicated in advance where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Many Digits is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption).
- Our maximum liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Many Digits, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Misuse of the Service.
- Infringement of third-party rights.
13. Compliance & Export Restrictions
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. export control and sanctions regulations.
You may not use the Service if you are in a sanctioned country (e.g., Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or restricted regions of Ukraine).
You represent that you are not on a U.S. government restricted party list (e.g., SDN, Entity, or Denied Persons List).
You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Service to prohibited countries, individuals, or entities.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflicts of law.
Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
You consent to personal jurisdiction of these courts.
Nothing in this section limits or affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure operation.
16. Data Protection & Security
We are committed to protecting your data and maintaining compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and other international regulations).

Many Digits acts as a Data Controller for account, billing, and subscription data, and as a Data Processor for customer chat interactions.
Data sharing with authorized payment partners is limited to what is necessary for payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Breach Notification Window: Many Digits will notify affected users of security incidents involving personal or financial data within 24–72 hours, in accordance with applicable law and payment partner requirements.
17. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or government actions.
18. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
20. Waiver
Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Security Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Many Digits regarding your use of the Service.
22. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website, and significant changes will be communicated to users by email or in-app notice.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
